Welcome to KWM Plastering

Hi, I'm Kim Wolfe Murray. I've been a plasterer for over fifteen years – learning my trade by renovating historic properties in Scotland.

I gained a City & Guilds qualification at the Plaster Class Training Centre near Glasgow and have continued to refine my skills with courses at The Scottish Lime Centre in Fife, Mike Wye Training Centre in Devon and The Gold Trowel Academy in Essex.

My day-to-day jobs range from skim coat finishes to fully restoring walls and ceilings in period properties. I've also developed specialist techniques such as natural and eco-insulation plaster systems, Tadelakt and Venetian plastering.

Every project, whatever its size, has unique challenges to overcome. I believe there are no shortcuts when it comes to delivering a quality product. That's why I plan meticulously before any plastering task. By investing time and effort into the groundwork, I ensure the finished result is aesthetically pleasing – and built to last.
